Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing Jaz Aquamarine to spend your holiday. My team and I would also like to thank you for your critical and valued feedback. We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you. With regards to your comments about our facility, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our facilities at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms, facilities keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2009. Regarding your comments about the food for the children, we are sorry that you felt that there are not enough variety for children, however, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you and your children. Kindly note that every evening we do have a mini disco, where the animation team is entertaining the kids. We do have a parade with popcorn and cotton candy and with animal figures organized once a week, moreover, we do offer body painting for kids, on other evenings we are playing movies in our theatre for them. We would advise that information about the hotel’s facilities, services and offers are available on all online platforms, in every traveler’s brochure, and on a fact-sheet provided upon check-in, on the other side of the map. Furthermore, there are information boards all around the resort. All information are available in English and German as well, and kindly note that our Front Office managers are also available on the reception area, and are able to provide information in German. Nevertheless, we will be looking further into all your kind feedback and suggestions, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel.
