Wir waren im August 2023 in diesem Hotel und fanden unseren Aufenthalt sehr positiv. Das Personal ist total nett und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchten mal wieder ein Refresh. Das Hauptrestaurant ist im klimatisierten Innenbereich sehr laut und hektisch. Draußen hingegen ist es total angenehm. Leider gibt es keine möglich im Meer zu schwimmen, so dass man auf die Pools ausweichen mussten. Im Großen und Ganzen ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub im Jaz Aquamarine Resort.

    Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing Jaz Aquamarine to spend your holiday. My team and I would also like to thank you for your valued feedback. We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay here with us. We would also like to thank you for your positive comments about our hotel, attentive staff and pools. With regards to your comments about our rooms, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2009. Nevertheless, we will be looking further into your kind suggestions, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel. We do advertise that the sea is extremely shallow. Unfortunately this is part of the natural landscape here and we are unable to change this. We have applied for permission to build a jetty but a minimal amount are given permission every year in order to minimize the impact on the red sea, but we hope to be able to build one soon in order that everyone can enjoy the sea and snorkeling, although we do have a small in house reef nearby. Regarding our buffet restaurant, we would like to inform you that we do indeed have two buffet restaurants in Aquamarine and a third buffet restaurant in Bluemarine in addition to our pool, beach snack bars as well as 6 a la carte restaurants that are operating for dinner. With all food and beverage facilities taken into account, we do have enough space to serve our guests at full capacity. We would like to thank you for your active feedback on the restaurants and we will be forwarding these to the relevant management for their action, especially during peak times in the restaurants, to improve future customers’ experience.
