Super schönes und grosses superior Doppelzimmer mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die schöne Poollanschaft. Man bekommt eine Tasche mit Strandtücher und am Pool findet man immer eine Liege, da das Hotel so viele verschiedene Pools hat, verteilt sich das echt gut. Man wurde sogar bedient und da ein ganz grosses Lob an die Service Angestellten insbesondere Daniel und Ahmed Ali top Service. Top Wasserrutschen, welche aber gut verteilt waren in der ganzen Hotellanlage. Essen war ganz ok und eine grosse Auswahl. Das Dessert-Buffet war echt der Hammer. Leider hatte unser Sohn einen Sonnenstich und über 40 Grad Fieber ???? Leider mussten wir mit Ihm in die Klinik im Hotel was ja zum Glück super war, aber als ich die Rechnung von EUR 1‘150.00 bekam, traf mich der Schlag! Klar wir mussten sofort handeln und ich würde alles tun, damit es meinen Kind wieder besser geht, aber diesen Betrag hätte nie erwartet. Save the children.

With regards to the doctor's charges this is not actually run by the hotel but is a service that we give you availability to. Any charges are agreed between yourself and the doctor before treatment begins (and is usually dealt with directly through your insurance. Furthermore we would advise that the doctors charges are competitive (and in most cases cheaper than visiting the local hospital as follow up visits without medication are included).
