Aus DeutschlandDas Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind grade noch so im Rahmen. Silikonfugen im Bad leichter Schimmel, Fugen der Fliesen nicht mehr so schön. Die Ecken und Wände könnten besser gereinigt werden sowohl im Zimmer als auch beim Essen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt, vor der Balkontür im Zimmer am Rand in den Garten lagen allerdings alte Zigaretten Stummel die über die Zeit auch nicht entfernt wurden. Nach drei Tagen fing es an, das uns flau im Magen war obwohl wir drauf geachtet haben keine Salate etc. zu Essen und kein Leitungswasser für Zähneputzen etc. zu verwenden, das hörten wir auch von anderen Gästen. Diese Problematik hatten wir in unseren vorherigen Urlauben, (meistens auf den Kanaren), nicht. Daher würden wir dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. Der Preis war dem ganzen aber angemessen.

We would like to highlight that hygiene is the number one priority to us and we have a clear and precise action plan to ensure that high levels are met, and therefore do everything possible to negate the risk of illness including ensuring that all procedures are done to HACCP standards. In fact we are so confident of our high levels of hygiene that, when guests are reporting illness, we offer them a free stool analysis at the local hospital in order that everyone can be assured that the sickness is just the usual result of too much sun, change of temperature, change of food, change of cooking style, overeating, over-drinking, shocking the stomach with ice-cold drinks, mixing the wrong type of foods together, change of diet, etc. Obviously the personal tolerance of an individual plays a large part in their well-being, especially during the hot summer months when day temperatures exceed 30+ degrees, at the moment also with unusual high humidity.
