Insgesamt nur ok. Ich würde nicht noch mal dorthin reisen.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Zudem war an Schlaf nicht zu denken, da das Nachbarhotel bis spät in die Nacht laut Musik macht.

Ambiente beim Essen

Das Essen hat sich nach 1 Woche wiederholt. Insgesamt ok, aber nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Schwierig war das Trinken. Wasser gab es nur 1L pro Tag pro Zimmer, alles andere nur in offenen Gläsern am Pool oder Restaurant. Gläser wurden nicht richtig gespült. Daher sind Krankheiten vorprogrammiert.

We take great pride in providing a diverse and delicious dining experience for our guests, with one main restaurant providing different theme nights and three Al Carde restaurant serving different cuisine in addition our ex-chef around during each meal in case of any guest favorite, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations. Regarding to all other concerns , I am really surprise that during your stay we didn’t receive one single comment from your side, as our team always around face to face meeting with our guests including management team invited guests three time per week for cocktail party and communicate with all guests and none of your comments has been share with our team in order to solve and change any negative during your stay We appreciate your feedback as it helps us enhance our services and deliver a superior experience to all our guests.
