Please be assured that our staff is dedicated to providing friendly and attentive service. Regarding the presence of ants, we regularly treat the rooms to prevent insects; however, ants can sometimes appear if food is left inside the rooms, especially in a natural environment like ours. Our swimming pools are disinfected regularly to maintain high hygiene standards. While chlorine is used as part of this process, we are unsure about the reference to “buckets of chlorine” and would appreciate any further clarification to address this properly.
