Of course your opinion is well respected and we will check with our team, any possible reason about it. However, in our opinion, things were totally different during your stay with us. For our hotel and room cleanliness we receive only top standard reviews. There is a daily wellness program with morning activities, as well as a daily evening entertainment grogram... very strange that you were not able to see anything .... For our service team, our services and the quality - variety of food and drinks, we receive excellent comments. We receive such comments, because we care, we interact and we are more than flexible enough to adjust all our processes, in order to offer our valued guests the best possible holiday experience, while they stay with us.
