In reference to your opinions about the service offered in our bars and restaurants , we feel sad you have perceived that they do not correspond to our high standards, since we assure you that we give our best every day in order to be able to provide you a service of the highest quality and create an unique experience for our guests. All the comments that we have received in relation to this issue have been transferred to the Food and Beverage Department, in order to be analysed and be able to solve any deficiency we may have, and thus be able to provide a better service to our following guests..
