In response to your review which does not represent the hotel Lagas Aegean Village: The hotel did not close in the pandemic and operated in 2020 and 2021, meaning that the hotel has been operating consistently. If you were not completely satisfied with the location of your room, there is a possibility to change if it is requested at reception. The restaurant and bar times are always on schedule and open and close at the designated times. The restaurant opens at 18:45 sharp daily. We are never late to open. The hotel operates on a Half Board basis which means that drinks with meals are not included, only at breakfast they are included. To correct your statement regarding the water. A 1.5litre bottle of still water costs 2.80Euro and a bottle of Imported (German) Sparkling Water costs 3.50Euro. According to the maintenance log the trouble you found with the light bulb and air conditioning remote control were rectified on the same day they were announced at reception.
