Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage die aber sehr weit weg liegt. Und mit Marsa Alam überhaupt nichts zu tun hat. Gastronomie sehr sehr viel Luft nach oben
Neue Zimmer gute Ausstattung geräumig und sauber. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gut gereinigt
Leider entsprach es in keinster Weise unser Erwartungen. Wo bitte muß ich für Wasser Melone extra bezahlen. Es wurde uns als luxery hotel verkauft das kann in keinster Weise bestätigt werden. Es gab was zu essen ja..... Aber Auswahl anrichte und Abwechslung ließen doch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Also Restaurant konnte uns in keinster Weise überzeugen. Beef oder chicken waren die Abwechslung Nichts besonderes leider

Das hotel liegt wirklich am Ars... Und der Welt. Leider aussen rum gar nichts und es hat nichts mit marsa alam zu tun. Schön ist das es direkt am Meer liegt

We feel that the remote location of our hotel is actually a strength, not a weakness. By choosing our hotel one avoids overcrowded resort towns and chooses for pristine nature and intact corals for snorkeling and diving. Regarding our food, unfortunately we cannot agree with your description. We offer a wide variety of items to a wider variety of tastes, using only the freshest and highest quality produce. An average satisfaction score of +90% over two years demonstrates our commitment to providing a great dining experience. Of course, this does not mean that we meet all tastes from the start, but our team is always ready for special requests and wants to satisfy even the most demanding taste buds.
