Dear Anita, Thank you for taking time in reviewing your stay with us & for the constructive feedback. We appreciate your points, however please note that we as a resort are obliged to protect our guests from these sudden wind gusts (especially this time of the year where the weather changes rapidly), which can be very dangerous in lifting the umbrellas & hurting guests if they fall over you! It is entirely a matter of pure safety & on such case we never compromise the safety & well being of any of our guests. Regarding the food quality we generally taking excellent comments from our guests, but even so you feel like is not in your liking we would be more than happy to rectify it. I eagerly suggest that if you are still in our premises to address this issue with the Guest Relations & Reception team who will pass it over to the concerned for immediate resolution.
