Dear Sabine, Thank you for taking the time to send us your constructive feedback. We are sorry but at the same time surprised your stay did not reach your expectations, as it seems to be very uncommon your stated points! As you can also read from other guest reviews, they are pleased & in general terms enjoying their time with us. Know, obviously this is your own valued opinion but allow me to state that its does not represent at all, the given services in the service areas of this property. Nevertheless, both the whole Management team & our associates would be pleased & eager to hear your feedabck or challenges faced while you were staying with us, aiming only to resolve them by making your stay pleasant & relaxing. Unfortunately it seems that we did not achieve that which is really a pity as we always want our guests to feel like home & fullfil their requests.
