Lindos Grand Resort & Spa - Adults only

Dear Hanne, Greetings from sunny Rhodes. Allow me to apologize that your recent stay at Lindos Grand Resort & Spa was not to your complete satisfaction. The points mentioned in your review are not at all typical of the resort or the services which we provide. Moreover, note that the distance from the airport to the resort is indeed almost 50KM & with the current summer traffic that the island has, the bus can take even two hours to get you to the vicinity of Lindos! Also, note that our main buffet restaurant closes for dinner at 21:30, thus this is the reason we are placing cold items to the rooms of any given guest who misses the buffet dinner. However, there are always the a la carte restaurants which operate until 22:00 last oder, so as another option you could have chosen one of the thematic a la carte restaurants. As long as the AC in the room, the temperature on the panel can be reduced down to 18o Celsius, however if the external heat is reaching 38-40 degrees (since for the past week we are experienceing a heat wave) the room is impossible to become a "freezer". Nevertheless, I will definitely be discussing the points mentioned, further with the team so as to understand why the flaws in service and product offering may have occurred.
