Die Rezeptionist*innen haben sich sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert. Direkt bei der Ankunft wurde sich gemeinsam mit einem Willkommensgetränk hingesetzt und alles weitere vorgestellt und erklärt. Für das Hotel gibt es zudem eine sehr hilfreiche App, die uns ebenfalls erklärt wurde. Da meine Frau schwanger war, haben wir sogar ein Update zur Junior Suite bekommen und dieses Zimmer war wunderschön. Der Roomservice per Whatsapp war ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert und hat lediglich 10 Euro Gebühr gekostet.
