While I’m very pleased you appreciated the efforts of our housekeeping and restaurant teams, I was genuinely surprised by your personal remark about management — and specifically, myself. I make it a point to stay visible, present, and to engage with as many guests as possible throughout the day. So if I came across as distant or unapproachable in your experience, I sincerely regret that impression. It’s certainly not what I intend — but I appreciate your feedback, as it reminds me that there’s always room to improve. Regarding your comments on the food: while we understand that taste is subjective, I would like to clarify that our main restaurant offers a rotating schedule of themed dinners every evening throughout the week. This is specifically designed to provide variety and balance for guests staying multiple days. I'm sorry if this wasn’t clear or if it didn't meet your expectations. On a broader level, our team — from animation to bar service — works hard to provide a warm and welcoming experience for all. While beverage offerings and policies may vary based on package details, our aim is always to offer quality and value in a relaxed setting. Thank you again for your comments.
