The tennis court and gym are indeed areas we are reviewing for future improvements, and your remarks reinforce the importance of prioritizing them. Your note about the piano is also helpful — we understand the inconvenience, and we will look into whether the usage policy can be made more flexible while still respecting other guests. We’re glad that the room was clean and serviced daily, but we are sorry to hear that the pillows were not to your comfort.
