Für ein Hotel mit so guten Bergwertungen erwartet man mehr. 87% wären angemessen. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Für Paare ungeeignet. Leider kam kein richtiges Urlaubsfeeling auf.
Die Zimmer waren definitiv mit das Beste. Wurden renoviert und die Betten waren auch bequem. Was ich schlecht fand, die Minibar wurde nur am 1. Tag gefüllt und das in einem all inklusive Hotel. Man könne sich doch beim Supermarkt Getränke. Dort waren die Getränke sehr überteuert. Da außen nichts weiter ist müssen alle hier kaufen.
Leider hatte ich schon nach kurzer Zeit das Essen satt. Immer das Gleiche. Selbst bei den Themenabenden in der Taverne. Dort ist es gar nicht schön. Wackelnde Holztische und die Atmosphäre wie in einer Kantine. Zu Empfehlen ist das Asia Restaurant mit tollem Ausblick
Es sind alle auf jeden Fall nett, aber trotzdem ist es sehr unpersönlich. Mehr als ein Hallo oder schönen Tag hört man nicht.
Die kurze Entfernung zum Flughafen ist gut. Aber sonst ist da nicht viel los. Man kann mit einer kleinen Bahn nach Hersonissos fahren. (12,50€ ist schon viel für die Strecke)

Moreover, we are surprised for your negative attitude against the property, the Taverna and the staff service. Concerning your excessive comments we kindly inform you that we are always striving to offer our best attention to our clients, to that effect the management is present around the clock and eager to resolve any problem and give total satisfaction to our guests within human dimensions possibility of a mistake in our services. Regretfully you have not been contacted us during your stay, so we should take care immediately any point raised. Please note that the train you describe does not belong to the hotel. Concerning the drinks we kindly inform you that between 07:00-00:00 there are 3 different departments in the hotel you could get drinks (soft or alcohol) free of charge. Meanwhile there is a mini bar for free in the rooms. Taverna is a restaurant that serve Breakfast, Lunch (International & Greek Buffet, daily Show Cooking ) and Theme Dinner (Greek, BBQ, Italian, Mexican, Cretan, Chef Night). Every day there is a different menu and the approval is that there are no other clients to complain for the menu and generally for the food in Lyttos Beach.
