Ich möchte hiermit Fotini aus der Thalassa Bar sehr Loben sie war die einzige freundliche Bedienung im ganzen Hotel Alle anderen waren sehr unfreundlich
Fahrt vom Flughafen bis zum Hotel 20 Minuten

As far as it concerns your comment about the staff, we are sorry to read that you were not satisfied with our staff as this is the most praised asset of our resort. Our staff is always ready to listen your request and offer an immediate solution. Concerning your complain for the cold pools, note that during your stay the indoor pool and the Olympic 50m size swimming pools was heated!!! Unfortunately you have n t expressed certain complaints during your stay, which we should duly investigated following communication with the competent departments.
