Preis Leistung nicht gerecht und 5 Sterne never ever. Viele kleine Unregelmäßigkeiten und wenn ich TUI buche, dann erwarte ich auch eine Leistung für diesen Preis. 52 € Tourismusabgabe bezahlt und 52 € per Kreditkarte abgebucht? Werden Kunden jetzt schon so getäuscht?
Betten etc alles sehr gut. Luftzirkulation im Zimmer ist sehr laut und kann nicht abgestellt werden! Was soll sowas? Konnten teilweise stundenlang nicht schlafen. Wurde reklamiert aber nichts hat geholfen. Habe ich noch nie erlebt
Essen oft sehr kalt. Auswahl bei Süßspeisen sehr begrenzt. Essen schmeckt gut, aber kalt? Bei 5 * ? das geht gar nicht. Gut ist, dass früh bis 10:30 Uhr alles auf hat. Manche Servicekräfte echt frech
Ich schreibe nur die negativen Dinge: Kaffee: grausam Fanta etc alles schmeckt nach Chemie und ist das billigste Gesöff...sorry Kompletter Alkohol ist total billig. Hatte sogar Bauchschmerzen zum 1. Mal in meinem Leben nach Wein. Nur 1 Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer? HALLO? bei 5*? Ich soll Wasser im Minimarkt kaufen hat mir die rothaarige Dame von der Rezeption gesagt? Frechheit!!! Rezeption desinteressiert und eher unhöflich. Musste mal 5 Min warten, weil die sich untereinander unterhalten hatte. Sowas kenne ich nicht. Antworten eher knapp und wenig hilfreich. Angaben zu Buspreisen und Zeiten alle falsch.
Spaziergänge etc sind sehr schön möglich. Strand hat viele Steinplatten und nur wenig Sand im Meer. F
