Nachdem das Lyttos Mare nebenan eröffnet wurde liegt der Focus nur auf dem neuen Hotel. Im Lyttos Beach ist man jetzt nur noch Gast zweiter Klasse. Gäste vom Lyttos Mare dürfen ins Lyttos Beach, aber umgekehrt nicht. Also durchlaufen schon aber an den Bars bekommt man als Beach Kunde nichts im Mare, umgekehrt fragt kein Mensch aus welchen Hotel. Was auch aus der Zeit ist, der ganze Einweg Müll. Das ist eine riesen Sauerei und überhaupt nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Selbst in der Türkei hab ich sowas seit Jahren nicht mehr gesehen. Einweg Plastikbecher, Einweg Geschirr zwar aus Holz, aber was soll das? Im Mare nebenan gibt es Mehrwegbecher... In der Herrentoilette an der Beachbar sind 2 von 3 Wasserhähne abgebrochen. Das wurde dann versucht mit Silikon wieder zu fixieren. Mit mindestens einer Kartusche pro Wasserhahn... Das ganze hat mittlerweile nichts mehr mit 5 Sternen zu tun. Sorry.
Vor 4 Jahren haben wir bei gleicher Kategorie ein Zimmer direkt an der Meerseite, gefühlt doppelt so groß. Diesmal wohnen wir in einer Besenkammer.
Sind bemüht, was nur aufregt, wenn man mal kurz vom Tisch aufsteht um noch etwas zu holen kann es durchaus sein das der Tisch in der Zwischenzeit abgeräumt wird. Katastrophe, kaum letzten Bissen vom Teller, wird dieser gleich vom Tisch genommen. An der Bar muss man Abends in einer ewigen Schlange anstehen. Und im Bereich der Handtuchausgabe an der Bar ist tagsüber niemand im Ausschank. Da bin ich die 10 Schritte weiter zum Lyttos Mare, ah Sorry, ich als Gast 2. Klasse darf doch nicht in die 1. Klasse ins Mare... Lausig

Wird viel angeboten. Aber die Abendshows sind im Vergleich zu 2018 echt schlecht geworden, ich sag nur " Wetten dass" sowas schlechtes hab ich noch nirgends gesehen.

Unfortunately, you have n t expressed certain complaints during your stay, which we should duly investigated following communication with the competent departments. Regarding the incident with the room please allow us to reassure you that you received the same room type like 4 years ago. The only change was the location since your booking was for a garden view room and not a sea view. As far as it concerns your comment about the restaurants and bar service, we are sorry to read that you were not satisfied as this is the most praised asset of our resort. We provide 5 restaurants and 5 bars during the day with high quality brant name alcohol & soft drinks and a variety of food in all the restaurants. Furthermore, we believe that your comments concerning the animation shows constitute an exception and does not reflect our standards since we have n t any similar negative comments from our guests. Following the incident with Lyttos Mare and your confusions between the 2 neighbor Hotels, kindly let you know that Lyttos Beach and Lyttos Mare are 2 different hotels with different facilities and philosophy. Τhe only things that unites the 2 hotels are, that the guests from LM can use the water park and the sport academy.
