Dear Levent, We welcome and value your comments, as direct feedback always helps to improve our standards and services. Instead we are surprised to read about your dissatisfaction with the provided service and the food selection, as our staff’s behaviour and the food quality in all the restaurants, are the main reason why the vast majority of our guests chose Lyttos Beach for their annual holidays. Furthermore we would like to note that the we are very disappointed that you preferred to write and give us your worst rate since the incident with your pick up and the situation with your lost transfer to the Airport does not have to do with the hotel and the facilities. The reception staff helped you and arranged a taxi as quick was possible and be at the airport on time. We are sorry to read that you were not satisfied with the provided room. As you did not mention any personal or reservation information, we can assume that you reserved and were accommodated in a family room according to our room descriptions and contracts.
