Aus DeutschlandPositiv: + große Anlage mit vielen Pools und immer genug verfügbaren Liegen + große Auswahl an Essen + Sea Food Restaurant war sehr gut Negativ - Das Personal im Hauptrestaurant könnte höfflicher und professioneller sein. Leider war es das überhaupt NICHT. Ich hatte einen Tischabräumer darüber informiert, dass die pflanzliche Milch wohl abgelaufen wäre, da es Ausflockung in meinem Filterkaffee gab. Plötzlich kam eine ältere Dame vom Personal und schrie sehr laut zu mir, so dass der ganze Bereich alles hören konnte, dass die Milch noch gut war mit Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum im nächsten Jahr. Statt zu suchen, was der Grund für Ausflockung war, schrie sie nur weiter. Auch von ihrem Chef gab es keine Entschuldigung. - Überall wurde geraucht, selbst im Water Park, wo sehr viele kleine Kinder sind. - Restaurants waren immer sehr warm, so dass man immer bemüht war, sie wieder schnell zu verlassen.
