Es hat praktisch keine Rettungsschwimmer oder Personal, welches für Ordnung sorgt. Ein 50m Pool für Schwimmer nützt nichts, wenn auf jeder Bahn Kinder reinspringen und kein Rettungsschwimmer für Ordnung sorgt. Nicht mal im Wasserpark oder am Strand sind die Rettungsschwimmer ganztags sichtbar. Steht einfach benutzung auf eigene Gefahr. Darum sind auch die Liegen am Strand früh morgens reserviert und die Leute kommen Stunden später. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich eine gewisse Kontrolle. Ich habe mich an die Reception gewendet und wurde, nur lächelnd abgewiesen. Auf keinen Fall 5 Sterne! Einfach eine Massenabfertigung. Am Abend muss man lange für die Drinks anstehen, keine Bedienung. Ich war schon in sehr vielen Hotels auf der Welt und kann die gute Bewertung des Hotels absolut nicht verstehen.
