Wir kamen so um 10 Uhr am Vm an und konnten das Zimmer leider erst um 14.30 Uhr beziehen. Am Abreisetag mussten wir um 11 Uhr auschecken obwohl unser Flug erst sehr spät am Abend ging. Fand ich nicht so gut weil man in ganzen Tag dadurch keine Privatsphäre hat. Das war leider sehr sehr sehr negativ für uns.

Kindly let you know that due to the Covid regulations in all the hotels in Greece the check in is at 15:00 and the check out at 11:00. In the meanwhile, the late check out in the room is on extra charge and subject always to availability, something that you rejected. We would like also to note that we provide a special courtesy room for the late departures which locate next to the reception providing to the guests showers cabins with fresh towels, shampoo & hairdryers. There is also a luggage room and safety lockers. All the guests can use all the hotel facilities till their pick up from the hotel. The hotel has no mix with the late flights.
