Komplettes Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und einsatzbereit. Die Rezeptionistin Frau Maria hat uns etwas ermöglicht, was FTI uns falsch verkauft hat. Die komplette Anlage und das Zimmer sind sehr sauber und über all fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Alle vier Restaurants bieten beste Gourmetküche und alle Buffets bieten vielfältiges und sehr leckeres Essen. Kurz um ein 5-Sterne Hotel, in welchen man ein 5-Sterne Plus Urlaub erlebt.
