Essen hervorragend. Zimmervergabe zum Teil erst um 17 Uhr. Putzfrau nimmt Handtücher vom Bad mit und liefert keine neuen. Die Leitung des hotels entfernt Handtücher von den Liegen während man beim Frühstück ist, obwohl man sich bis kurz zuvor noch auf den liegen gesonnt hat. Einschließlich Privathandtücher!!!!! Eigentlich wollten wir wieder kommen. Das hat sich jetzt erledigt....

It is always disappointing to find out that a guest has left feeling less than completely pleased and we apologize that we fell short of your expectations. Allow us to kindly reply that sun beds reservations are not allowed by our hotel and all our guests are well informed. As so, our personel is gattering unattended towels regularly.
