Inseriert ist das Hotel als 4 Sterne Hotel leider trifft das überhaupt nicht zu eher wie ein 2 Sterne Hotel. Das Hotel gehört nicht in die Kategorie eines All in Hotel eher einer Halb Pension. Mehrere Pools leider nicht in Betrieb
Sehr klein kein Platz für den Koffer die zustellbetten sind mit einer 5 cm dicken Matraze ausgestattet, würden eher Topper dazu sagen auf Nachfrage für einen austausch wurde dies verneint.
Leider gibts es nur ein Hauptrestaurant mit kaum Abwechslung, sowie eine Snackbar am Pool.
Leider hatten wir das vermehrte Problem das die Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurden sowie keine neuen Handtücher Bereitgestellt wurden. Auf Nachfrage sollte jemand geschickt werden aber leider kam niemand. Also ist man Abends ungeduscht zum Abendessen gegangen. Das Hotel Management sowie die Angestellten des Hotel sind sehr unfreundlich sagen einem nicht einmal Hallo , Willkommen oder ähnliches. Das Hotel ist nur für Polnische Gäste ausgelegt jegliche Animation angebote nur auf Polnisch.
Der Strand ist extrem Steinig mit voller Felsen und Steine. Die Liegen am Strand muss man bezahlen. Leider ist man zudem sehr Abgeschirmt leider ist man nur mit einem Mietwagen Mobil.

Ein Überdachter Spa Bereich ähnlich Ausehend wie ein Carport nicht empfehlenswert. Hier gibt es ein Animationsteam leider alles auf Polnisch das komplette Programm.

Dear Guests Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are sorry that you felt we could not meet your expectations, but we would like to point out the following: 1. Our hotel has an All - inclusive program that is activated upon your arrival. The program starts at 11:00 and ends at 23:00. All food and beverage departments are included during their operational hours. 2. The hotel has a large swimming pool with several free loungers and umbrellas and a children’s pool. Additionally, the hotel has swim – up and sharing – pool rooms. 3. Our main restaurant is open for breakfast – lunch – dinner, with a variety (20 – 25) of salads, 8 to 10 show cooking dishes with a selection of meat, fish, and vegetarian choices. Several more Greek and international dishes are integrated daily. Fruits, deserts and ice creams are provided to close your meal. A variety of snacks, side dishes, various salads and fruits are available daily at the Snack bar, for our guests. During operation hours, our bars serve all types of alcohol and refreshments. 4. Our rooms are cleaned daily and the change of linen is every 3 days. This fulfils our commitment to our “save energy” environmental policy. 5. Our staff is working tirelessly and enthusiastically to ensure that all our guests will enjoy their stay with us. 6. Our hotel is committed to offering all our guests the same services and hospitality. 7. We are very conscious of our environmental impact and therefore we do not attempt to alter the sandy beach and the coastline. 8.
