We would like to clarify a few points mentioned in your review: The tourism tax is €10.00 per night, as regulated by the Greek government, and these funds are collected on behalf of the state. The air conditioning is provided free of charge to all our guests, and no additional fee was charged for its use. Regarding sunbeds and umbrellas, please note that across Hersonissos beaches, these areas are managed by third-party providers who rent them out. However, guests are absolutely welcome to use their own towels in the available public beach sections if they prefer not to rent sunbeds. In terms of our dining options, we regret that our buffet did not meet your expectations. We do offer vegetarian and vegan options daily, and we would have been more than happy to prepare a special dish for you if you had informed us during your stay. Please know that our reception is staffed 24/7 and our team is always available to assist. Our priority is to ensure each guest has a pleasant and comfortable experience — but we kindly rely on your feedback during your stay in order to take immediate action and help.
