Taxi immer vor der Tür verfügbar. Essen im Chanell Restaurant Super Qualität und lecker. Einziges Manko war der Pool, der ist in die Jahre gekommen und viel zu wenig Liegen am Pool. Service in der Bar/ Terasse unterirdisch schlecht. Da kann man schon mal 1h auf die bestellten Getränke warten..

We’re pleased to know you enjoyed the convenient location, spacious rooms with stunning views, and our team’s helpful and friendly service. It’s also wonderful to hear that you appreciated the quality of food and service at Channels, as well as the ease of accessing local hot spots. However, I apologize that we fell short in other areas, particularly with the bar/terrace service and the pool facilities. Waiting an extended time for drinks and feeling overlooked is not the experience we aim to provide, and I will personally address this with the team to ensure improvements are made. We also appreciate your comments on the pool area, and we are currently exploring enhancements to make this space more comfortable and enjoyable for all guests.
