Wir waren im August 2021 für 10 Tage im Hotel mit (The Level) ! Sind um 21.ob Uhr angekommen kein Essen mehr da! The Level Restaurant eine Katastrophe das Essen nie heiß zum Frühstück kein Omlett was man sich bestellen konnte etwas Käse etwas Wurst , Joghurt fast immer alle ,Saft nur auf Bitten frisch. Mittags und Abends das gleiche das einzige Gute am The Level ist der Pool ! Niemals ein 5 Sterne bestenfalls 3Sterne!!! Abends an der Bar Getränke nur im Pappbechern die den ganzen Tag ohne Kühlung da standen. Noch nie haben wir so einen schlechten Urlaub erlebt für angeblich 5Sterne und 5 Sterne Preis !!!!!!!!

Dear Claudia, at the beginning I would like to apologize for writing you in English. We are sorry to find out you are dissatisfied with your stay. It is surprising you stayed without food at the evening of your arrival. As I can see in the register, you were checked in the hotel at 20:40 and the dinned is running at least until 21:00. About the temperature of the food, we are sorry it was not up to your standards but usually the preferences refer to the nationality and surely we will take your comment in consideration. Regarding the variety - there is 14 days menu that we are following and we are always trying to improve.
