Wir waren das 2. Jahr in Folge im Melia Koh Samui. Dieses Jahr gab es allerdings ein Problem mit übel nach Schimmel riechenden Klimaanlagen. Hier besteht Reinigungs- und Handlungsbedarf seitens des Managements! Eine Strategie mit vertrösten der Gäste wird dauerhaft nicht zielführend sein. Das Management fand nach 3-4 Tagen eine zufriedenstellende Lösung für uns. Der Loop Pool ist wunderschön, ebenso der Pool am Meer. Wir haben unseren Urlaub trotz anfänglicher Aufregung genossen.
Es gab ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage. Die gesehenen Zimmer rochen schlimm nach Schimmel.
Teuer aber sehr gut. Sogar eine Hoteleigene Eisdiele gibt es.
