Der Melia Hotelkomplex besteht auf Kap verden aus 4 Hotels mit unterschiedlichen Preisen. Das Melia Llana Beach Resort & Spa - Adults only ist das teuerste Hotel auf der Insel, bietet aber nicht wirklich mehr service als das günstigste Hotel Sol /Melia Dunas nebenan Wir werden zukünftig die Kap Verden meiden.
Wir hatten ein Swimup Zimmer, mit direktem Poolzugang. Das Zimmer war sehr schick eingerichtet.
Gastronomisch gab es zwar viel Auswahl, da viel Fleischgerichte ungekühlt gelagert wurden, hat dies relativ schnell zu einer Magen Darm Erkrankung geführt.
Die Servicemitarbeiter insbesondere beim Housekeeping waren sehr unfreundlich und hatten sichtlich kein Interesse an ihrem Job. Der Level Service war praktisch nicht vorhanden, hier extra Geld auszugeben hat zu geringer Vorteile. Der Level Pool war so eng, das man sich fühlte wie eine Legehenne im Käfig...

Some of our team members may be shy due to language barriers, this shyness may come off as unfriendly but it is not their intention to upset you in any way. As per the food, this is prepared and handled according to HACCP standards in place. Nevertheless, we will share your comments with our team for reflection.
