Nevertheless we are very surprise about the stomach problems that he mentions related to food because we have not had any situation in this regard according to our medical reports.Anyway we will reinforce the measures that we already have concerning to this.We just want you to know that we count with the certification of Cristal International Standars that precisaly check the compliance with hygiene standards.In adittion to that we also have our own specialists at the hotel that are constanly inspecting this areas. We regreat to hear that you did not receive any response about the ping pong table and we would like you to know that we do have one but have been out of service durng the las few months.Normally this table is located close to the pool area, right at the entrance of this. In spite of everything that went wrong we are also glad to know that you could enjoyed of our beach and the excurssions.
