Dear Andreas, Thank you for the feedback, although we don't necessarily agree with many of your points. At 21:50, we explained to you that our buffet was already closed by 9:30 pm and that we kept it open for you as you arrived late. Despite the time, our chef prepared 2 large grilled steaks, moussaka and a very very fresh salad for your family, which you told us you liked very much. At the same time, you also took the photos you posted. We still haven't figured out what you're trying to prove with that. This restaurant is the most popular in Crete. It serves over 700 guests daily and it's a shame to take such pictures. Do you think 700 people did not eat anything and are you presenting this information as general? We find that guests who relax during their holidays take beautiful photos with lots of roasted meat, lots of Greek food, lots of salads, lots of decoupage meat, lots of fish and seafood, lots of Italian food, Chinese and Indian food, spicy food, lots of seasonal sweets and fruit, creperie and kid's corner, 20 hot dishes, 40 salads etc. Haven't you tried any of these? We don't think you were hungry for 10 days at our resort. This shows us bad feelings and unhappiness during your vacation, however this is something that comes from you. In the parameter location, you rate us 2 out of 5. You may have scored so low because you didn't want to pay a taxi to visit the surrounding villages.
