Dear Michael, Thanks for the feedback, although we do not necessarily agree with the information you quote. When you saw the machine on the beach, which is required to clean the sand every morning and evening, and we explained it to you, you asked us to give you 1 week SPA for free. You also asked us to pay the taxi you requested for your pleasure, because you did not have enough money with you. As for the food in the main restaurant, in order you to realize that the food is changing every day, we took pictures of the buffets and checked the difference in the next few days. You have admitted that we were right. Many times we wonder if it is worthwhile to make great discounts in the first 2 weeks of our operation, because our initiative is not appreciated.
