Der Schein ist mehr als das Hotel verspricht! Die Lage ist mehr als ruhig , es ist das einzigste Hotel weit und breit! Die 5Sterne sind nicht gerechtfertigt!
Unsauber, die Reinigung nur oberflächlich oder tlw. gar nicht durchgeführt! Minibar wird nicht nachgefüllt, Klimaanlage defekt . Matratzen sehr verschmutzt und alt!
ohne Konzept, Service total überfordert, Büfett warme Speisen immer nur lauwarm. täglich die selben Speisen!
nicht ausgebildetes Personal, Tische sind zlw. nicht gedeckt oder nur tlw. Gäste suchen sich ständig selbst Besteck,Gläser ,Servietten usw.!!!!
Anlage groß und weitläufig ,leider ist um das Hotel nur Landschaft( Geröll, Steine , vertrocknete Bäume und Meer) die nächste sehenswertee Stadt liegt 28 km entfernt!!!

Dear Simone, When choosing the least expensive accommodation (promo rooms for your vacation) and special offers with only the main restaurant available to you, it makes sense to not be 100% happy in a 5-star setting. Our recommendation is to increase your budget the next time, for enjoying your vacation as everyone else does and stop criticizing other people or the hotel for the better. Some German guests came to the reception and showed their dissapointment about your unfair review, as they were enjoying a comfortable and luxurious stay. They were wondering how it is possible to stay in such a place and not change a hotel if all you say is true. A hotel can give you a dream holiday if you make the most of it and enjoy all its amenities and facilities. But of course you need a budget for this. Radisson Blu Beach Resort
