Unser Urlaub auf Kreta, Wir meine Frau, mein Bruder und seine Frau freuten uns sehr auf unseren jährlichen gemeinsamen Urlaub auf Kreta. Als wir an dem Hotel Redison Blu angekommen sind waren wir überwältigt. Eine wunderschöne Anlage. Super angelegt alles blüht, es sieht sehr edel aus und wir bekamen sofort ein Zimmer Upgrade mit wirphool. Leider als wir dann 3 Stunden auf unser Zimmer warte mussten schon die 1. Enttäuschung, alles war verschmutzt so das wir selbst nachgeputzt haben. Der Strand ist und die Pools sind grossartig. Doch leider ist der Service mehr als schlecht... Das Personal ist unterbesetzt und weiss nicht was es tut Lange warte Zeiten Man wird ignoriert 80% vom essen ungenießbar der Rest war gut Das Animationsprogramm fällt meist aus und wenn doch wer kommt wo singt dann hört es sich an Als hätte man jemanden der nichts kann und Hauptsache billig genommen. Die Leute an der Rezeption gibt nette und dann ein paar arrogante miderwewertige menschen mit denen man nicht anständig sprechen kann. Mein Fazit: So wunderschön diese Anlage ist umso schlechter das essen und das Personal. Mich und meine Familie sieht dieses Hotel nicht mehr.

Dear David, Thank you for your feedback, but we do not necessarily agree with the information you quote. We consider the pleasure of a 5 star hotel to be a matter of experience. When you buy a luxurious and expensive car, you know in advance that you do not have to complain about fuel consumption. It consumes more fuel than a common car to give you more comfort and enjoy all it's features. It is exactly the same in a 5 star hotel, so we offer different choices to our guests. There is the Bed and Breakfast option, for those who insist on choosing and tasting that they want and pay the price for everything they enjoy, as well as the Half Board option for those who want to choose their meals, drinks and beverages, and have more choices so that they can enjoy a dinner for two on the beach or on their own private terrace, choosing the wine or champagne of their desire, respecting each moment and be able to provide a nice gift to their partner such as the enjoyment of a 2 Michelin starred menu in one of the best restaurants in Greece. If you are thinking about consuming something that costs 3 euros or if your need to get a bottle of water for free is so important for writing such a negative review, then you will not enjoy your vacation in a 5 star hotel.
