Every year, repairing and constructions are done to keep the hotel in best condition and if something comes to our attention, we are here to assist our guests anytime they wish. Concerning the room sizes, kindly note that all our room sizes are mentioned on our official website. This applies in order to avoid any misunderstanding and to emphasize the size of each room type. Furthermore, we are sad to read that our dining options did not meet your expectations in all areas. We are passionate about offering you rich culinary experiences in the all-inclusive and à la carte restaurants of our hotels & resorts, inspired by the Greek and international cuisine. We would like to mention that our chef is always available and would have been more than happy to prepare tailor-made dishes for you upon your wish. Furthermore, we regret that you did not mention your concerns to our Front Office.
