Das Hotel ist im allgemeinen ganz gut nur leider mit ein paar Abstrichen.Leider ist der Pool bis 10.00 Uhr gesperrt das muss man runtergehen auf 9.00 Uhr!!!!
Auch in Ordnung alles perfekt!!!Teilweise laut in der Nacht wegen den Bussen die die Motoren laufen lassen!!!!
Das Hauptrestaurant ist eine einzige Katastrophe!!!!! Von in der frueh bis zum Abendessen nur in der Schlange stehen!!Bitte liebe Manager wo gibt es sowas????Bitte fahren sie in andere Hotels und schauen sie sich was an wie das funktioniert. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant die nächste Katastrophe!!!!Ist Ihnen noch nie aufgefallen das es jeden Tag dasselbe gibt ein gegrilltes Fleisch und ein gegrillter Fisch und am nächsten Tag wird einfach Abendessen mit Mittagessen gewechselt. Und das für ein fuenf Sterne Hotel. Und nicht zu verstehen ist das in den ala carte Restaurant das beste vom besten gibt einfach nur großartig!!!!
Personal im allgemeinen sehr gut speziell Inci,Anna,Lela und Nikos!!!!!!!Leider an der Lobby sehr unfreundliche Damen!!!!Sonst ist das Personal perfekt!
Lage ist sehr gut für Ausflüge zum Flughafen aber auch nach Faliraki.

However, we feel sorry that you did not enjoy your dining experience in our main restaurant. Therefore, your feedback will be taken into consideration. As the all-inclusive program states, our guests can experience Mediterranean and International cuisine in our Main restaurant and it has been praised several times for the variety of its food offerings. Moreover, we would have been more than happy to receive your suggestions for improvement. Regarding the sunbeds and swimming pool, we would like to mention, we do have enough sunbeds for all our guests however not all of them are located in the central pool area which tends to be busy, the second pool area, around the water-slides pool and at the beach you can find free sunbeds at any time of the day. Our Lifeguard is following the Greek law according to health and safety rules from 10:00 to 18:00 . Our guest’s safety is our top priority. We always strive to provide the best possible service to our customers, and it's incredibly rewarding to know that we've succeeded in doing so for you.
