das Hotel verdient keine 5 Sterne. Wer dieses Hotel gut findet möchte den ganzen Tag beschallt werden bis in die Nacht. In einem 5 Sterne Hotel wird darauf geachtet, dass jeder Gast willkommen ist. Ferienlager für Kinder aller Altersklassen trifft eher zu. Das Essen war nur im A-la - carte Restaurant gut. Die Zimmer müssten modernisiert werden. Die Minibar war täglich aufgefüllt. Lobenswert ist nur das Personal zu erwähnen. Vorwiegend englische Touristen. Unser Fazit: Wir werden die Mitsis-Kette nicht mehr besuchen.

We take all feedback very seriously and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the room, we would like to mention that our hotel was renovated in 2011. Every year, repairing and constructions are done to keep the hotel in best condition and if something comes to our attention, we are here to assist our guests anytime they wish. Moreover, we do regret that you did not mention your concerns of a room in a different location to our reception desk. My colleagues would have been more than happy to show you a room in a different location, as we understand that each guests has different needs. Additionally, we would like to point out that all our guests are welcome in our hotel. This philosophy applies for all travelers of all ages and we always do our utmost best to address our services and facilities to all wishes and needs. This aspect is reflected in the scores that we receive from previous guests of all ages, same for families and for couples. Furthermore, we are sad to read that our dining options did not meet your expectations in all areas. We are passionate about offering you rich culinary experiences in the all-inclusive and à la carte restaurants of our hotels & resorts, inspired by the Greek and international cuisine. We would like to mention that our chef is always available and would have been more than happy to prepare tailor-made dishes for you upon your wish. Furthermore, we regret that you did not mention your concerns to our Front Office. We always seek to arrange further table reservations in our a la carte restaurants, as we have seen that you did not try all our options, but enjoyed the ones that you have tried.
