Aus DeutschlandDas Mitsis Faliraki ist eine sehr schöne Anlage an einem echt schönen Strand nur wenige Meter von diversen Geschäften und Restaurants. Liegen am Strand sind super bequem und Getränke werden einem sogar an den Strand gebracht (vielen lieben Dank Nikos!!!). Wie in jedem Hotel das übliche Problem: Handtücher werden schon früh ausgebreitet und ewig taucht keiner auf. Laut Schildern ist dies verboten und Strandtücher werden vor 9 Uhr wegeräumt, da dies aber keine vom Hotel tut, ist es nur eine leere Drohung an die sich keiner hält. Nichts destotrotz habe ich jeder Zeit noch eine Liege am Strand gefunden. Zum Kulinarischen: Die Drinkauswahl ist super und hier werden auch Premiummarken eingesetzt. Es existieren diverse A la Carte Restaurants, die man im Vorfeld für ein mal die Woche buchen kann. Das griechische Restaurant und Asia waren extrem gut (die anderen habe ich nicht getestet). Mein größer Kritikpunkt und ehrlich gesagt auch die Enttäuschung des Urlaubs ist allerdings das Hauptrestaurant. Qualität und Geschmack sind super, keine Frage. Aber wenn ich im Urlaub in Griechenland quasi kein griechisches Essen bekomme, dann stört mich das doch massiv. Was ist aus Moussaka, Gemista, Dolmadakia, Bifteki, Kritharaki, Pastizio, Souflaki, Gyros etc geworden? Auch Pitabrot gab es nicht stattdessen typisches Baguette und diverse Brötchen. So war ich froh dass ich trotz All-In mehrfach außerhalb des Restaurants gegessen habe. Außerdem würde ich das Restaurantlayout ändern und das Buffet in der Mitte platzieren. Da die Hauptspeisen alle an einer Wand standen, entstanden automatisch lange Schlangen, an die man sich a) immer wieder anstellen musste und b) kann man nicht einfach mal schauen was es heute eigentlich alles gibt und dann entscheiden was man sich auf den Teller legt
