Die Unterkunft war ganz in Ordnung. Die verschiedenen Restaurants sind super und der Service ist auch gut. Uns hat jedoch das Hauptrestaurant nicht allzu sehr gefallen. Das Essen war leider nicht wirklich unser Geschmack. Es war sehr oft das selbe Essen und im Vergleich zu anderen Hotel war es sehr wenig Auswahl. Uns hat auch mehr Auskunft an den Bars gefehlt. Die Menüs waren alle online. Verschiedene Cocktails waren Limited Editions aber es war nicht ersichtlich wann sie erhältlich sind. Minibar wurde immer aufgefüllt und Wasser auch aufgefüllt. Badetücher wurden täglich auf Wunsch ausgetauscht. Uns hat jedoch das Badezimmer leider gar nicht zugesagt. Sehr viele Stellen waren rostig und abgenutzt. Manche Ecken waren auch schon am schimmeln. Die Dusche an sich war leider auch mehr Qual als Vergnügen, denn sie springt zwischen eiskalt und kochend heiß hin und her. Wir waren vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider nicht begeistert. Für den Preis findet man bestimmt bessere Hotels.

Regarding your room, let us mention that our hotel was renovated in 2011. Every year, repairing and constructions are done to keep the hotel in best condition and if something comes to our attention, we are here to assist you anytime you wish. We do regret you did not mention any of your concerns in the room to our Front Desk, so measures could have been taken immediately. Concerning our dining options, we are passionate about offering you rich culinary experiences in the all-inclusive and à la carte restaurants of our hotels & resorts, inspired by the Greek and international cuisine, always accompanied with the most exquisite drinks and cocktails to please the most demanding palates. Each season we upgrade our F&B offerings with the commitment to serve the experiential needs of the international traveller. We are sad that our options in the main restaurant did not meet your expectations. Our chef is always available and would have been more than happy to prepare dishes tailor made on you for each day of your stay.
