Regarding the refrigerator, shower head, and toilet bowl, we regret that you did not inform our Front Office Team during your stay, as we could have taken immediate steps to address these concerns and improve your experience. We are sad to know that you were unable to rest due to our evening entertainment. While our evening shows are a highlight for many guests, we are saddened that this wasn’t the case for you. Additionally, we regret that you did not mention your dissatisfaction with your table seating to our restaurant team. They would have been more than happy to accommodate your preferences and ensure you had a more enjoyable dining experience. Once again, thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
