We conduct regular inspections by independent laboratories, and the most recent tests performed just days before and during the dates of your stay confirmed excellent results across all food and water systems. Additionally, as advised by the external medical professionals we collaborate with, several cases reported in the wider Rhodes area during that period have been attributed to a seasonal flu-like virus, rather than anything linked directly to hotel operations. In line with professional health standards, any conclusion regarding food-related illness must be based on confirmed medical diagnostics, such as stool or blood samples, rather than assumptions. As always, the health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests remain our top priority. We provided the option to call a doctor and offer assistance whenever needed, and we are relieved to hear that your family recovered with the help of local medication.
