Leider keine 5 Sterne wert. Man muss morgens früh um 6 spätestens raus um noch eine Liege zu bekommen, ansonsten hat man Pech. Die Liegen werden reserviert und nicht besetzt. Beschwerden an der Rezeption bringen rein gar nichts. Es wird nichts dagegen unternommen. Zudem öffnet der Pool erst um 10:00 Uhr und wird um kurz vor 18:00 Uhr wieder geschlossen. Ohne Rücksicht auf Verluste werden die Ketten gespannt, ob man darunter liegt oder nicht, darauf wird keine Rücksicht genommen. Ein Unding den Pool erst so spät zu öffnen und so früh wieder zu schliessen. Zumal die Sonne erst gegen 20:30 Uhr untergeht. Das Hotel ist maßlos überfüllt, man liegt wie die Ölsardinen ganz dicht beieinander. Vom Essen haben wir uns auch mehr erhofft. Leider kaum Griechische Spezialitäten. Zudem wird bei den Themenrestaurants mit Sushi geworben , dieses gibt es allerdings gar nicht. Dadurch dass dass Hotel so voll ist, kommen die Bedienungen den Bestellungen nicht nach. Es sind überwiegend Engländer in diesem Hotel. Unterhaltungsprogramm am Abend und auch im generellen ist sehr dürftig und lässt zu wünschen übrig.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, dagegen kann man echt nichts sagen.Die Anlage ist auch sehr sauber genauso wie die Zimmer. Alles in allem ist es in Ordnung aber für uns keinesfalls ein 5 Sterne Hotel.

Regarding the the sunbeds and swimming pool, we would like to mention, we do have enough sunbeds for all our guests however not all of them are located in the central pool area which tends to be busy, the second pool area, around the water-slides pool, the garden and at the beach you can find free sunbeds at any time of the day. According to the Food & Beverage services, we are passionate about offering you rich culinary experiences in the all-inclusive and à la carte restaurants of our hotels & resorts, inspired by the Greek and international cuisine, always accompanied with the most exquisite drinks and cocktails to please the most demanding palates.
