Every year, repairs and construction are carried out to keep the hotel in the best condition and if something comes to our attention, we are here to assist our guests anytime they wish. Moreover, we are sad that our cleanliness did not meet your expectations. We always strive to provide the highest standard to our guests, and we regret that we may have fallen short in your case. Concerning the size of the room, we regret that it did not meet your personal needs.
