Aus der SchweizDas Hotel war überbucht und wir mussten zuerst eine Nacht in ein anderes Hotel. Es gab nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung vom Hotel. Im Gegenteil, wir kriegten danach ein dreckiges Zimmer, welches absolut nichts mit den Bildern zu tun hatte! Sehr entäuschend!
Wir konnten das Zimmer wechseln, das erste Zimmer war eine katastrophe
Hauptrestaurant war schlecht! Sehr fettig, nicht wirklich warm und jeden Tag das gleiche. Themenrestaurants waren okay.
Motivation der Küche gleich 0! Service im Restaurant und Empfang war okay.
