Leider noch schlechter als vor Corona. Viel zu laut und abgewohnt! Servicepersonal gibt ihr bestes und macht vieles wieder gut! Das Hotel sollte dringend etwas gegen die Liegenreservierung unternehmen - wenn man nicht um 6.00 Uhr zum Pool geht und sein Handtuch hinlegt, hat man keine Chance auf eine "gute" Liege. Das ist ein Teufelskreis. Ausserdem ist es sehr schade dass der Pool nur von 10 bis 18 Uhr geöffnet hat, und dann einfach über uns eine Kette gespannt wird.
Die Zimmer sollten dringendst renoviert werden. Die Türe im Bad war kaputt, die Badewanne dreckig, die Deckenleiste hing nach unten, Absolut hellhörig, ohne Ohropax haben wir kein Auge zugemacht. Durch die Abendunterhaltung ist an Ruhe im Zimmer vor 22.30 Uhr nicht zu denken. In der Nacht wird man vom Bass aus den umliegenden Lokalen und den Türen am Gang beschallt. Morgens sind die Reinigungskräfte lautstark unterwegs. 1 Kasten und 1 Kofferablage für 2 Personen ist definitiv zu wenig.
Essen im Hauptrestaurant hatte 0 Abwechslung und war immer nur lauwarm. Auch hier sollte das Hotel mehr auf die Kleiderordnung achten. Geschirr leider oft verschmutzt. Ein absolutes Nogo sind die Pappbecher an der Strandbar - obwohl man dort sitzt. Ebenso die Papierstrohhalme, oder die Holzlöffel beim Eis - nicht 5* - Like. Der Umweltgedanke ist schön und gut, aber hier ist wieder alles einzeln verpackt und flattert dann durch die Gegend. Die Berge an Müll möchte ich nicht sehen.
Die Mädls an der Poolbar waren wirklich spitze - so nett und immer ein Lächeln. An der Rezeption war Luisa auch sehr nett, die ältere Dame in der braunen Uniform hingegen war arrogant und hat uns fast ausgelacht als wir etwas fragen wollten.
Privattransfer - 20 Minuten Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Boot super erreichbar. Sandstrand ist wirklich schön. Die Stadt ist gleich in der Nähe, hat aber eigentlich nichts zu bieten.

Neue Fitnessgeräte leider in der prallen Sonne, genauso wie die Tischtennistische. Täglich Aquagym mit Anna - sie reißt alle mit! Abendunterhaltung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, das war 2019 wesentlich besser. Die Poolanlagen waren immer sehr sauber.

Regarding the room we appreciate the time you took you share your concerns, although these issues were not mentioned at the Front desk, so we could help you! As mentioned you where at our hotel in 2019 and i am sure if you had come to us we will had do our best. Regarding the the sunbeds and swimming pool, we would like to mention, we do have enough sunbeds for all our guests however not all of them are located in the central pool area which tends to be busy, the second pool area, around the water-slides pool, the garden and at the beach you can find free sunbeds at any time of the day. According to the Food & Beverage services, we are passionate about offering you rich culinary experiences in the all-inclusive and à la carte restaurants of our hotels & resorts, inspired by the Greek and international cuisine, always accompanied with the most exquisite drinks and cocktails to please the most demanding plates. Let’s not forget that food and drinks are a subjective rather than an objective nature.
