Allgemein ein schönes Hotel, in dem man einen schönen Urlaub verbringen kann, wo es aber auch an einigen Stellen deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial gibt.
Bei Ankunft erhielten statt eines Doppelzimmers mit seitlichem Meerblick ein Familienzimmer mit Gartenblick. An der Rezeption teilte man uns mit, das dies ein Versehen war. Da ich selber lange Zeit in der Hotellerie gearbeitet habe, kann ich sagen, so etwas passiert nicht aus Versehen. Das neue Zimmer war in Ordnung, jedoch würden wir nicht nochmal ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick buchen. Am Ende war zwar das Meer zu sehen, aber direkt unter unserem Balkon befand sich der Parkplatz und eine laute Klimaanlage. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist positiv zu erwähnen, wie überall im Hotel. Die Zimmergröße und Ausstattung ist auch völlig in Ordnung. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, dass 3 verschiedene Mitarbeiter pro Tag ins Zimmer kamen. Direkt als erstes am Morgen kam jemand, um die Minibar aufzufüllen. Später wurde im Laufe des Tages das Zimmer gereinigt. Die Damen, die das Zimmer geputzt haben, waren allesamt sehr freundlich, jedoch standen sie sofort nach einmaligem Klopfen im Zimmer. Man hatte nicht einmal Zeit, vom Bett oder Stuhl aufzustehen, was absolut inakzeptabel ist. Am Abend, meistens zu 21:30 Uhr wurden dann noch die Pool-/Strandtücher ausgewechselt.
Die Atmosphäre im Hauptrestaurant gleicht für uns leider eher einer Kantine. Es ist sehr laut, sehr wuselig, voll und es gibt lange Schlangen am Buffet. Das Essen ist geschmacklich größtenteils gut. Jedoch fehlt es leider an der Vielfalt, die Behälter sind meistens bereits 10 Minuten nach Öffnung des Restaurants leer und die Mitarbeiter kommen nicht mit dem Auffüllen hinterher. Für uns kein Zustand in einem 5* Hotel. Die A la Carte Restaurants sind eine schöne Ergänzung zum Hauptrestaurant. Besonders der Brunch und das mexikanische Restaurant hat uns gut gefallen. Was auch sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass selten so hochwertige Getränke im All-Inklusive-Paket enthalten sind.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Der Strand befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür, es sind nur wenige Schritte in den Ort mit vielen Shops und Bars und es gibt eine Bushaltestelle, von der man direkt nach Rhodos Stadt gelangt.

It's wonderful to hear that the location of the hotel is very good and offers convenient access to various attractions. Having the beach right on the doorstep is undoubtedly a great advantage, providing easy access to relaxation and water activities. We appreciate your feedback regarding the atmosphere and experience in the main restaurant. It's unfortunate to hear that the restaurant was with noise, crowds, and long queues at the buffet. However, our team works tirelessly to ensure that every customer receives exceptional care and we regret that you did not mention anything to them during your stay. On a positive note, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the taste of the food, particularly in the a la carte restaurants. The brunch and the Mexican restaurant were highlights for you, which is great to know. Regarding the frequency of staff entering the room, I understand that it may have felt intrusive to have different employees coming in throughout the day. Although, it's necessary to maintain the minibar, perform housekeeping duties, and change pool/beach towels during the day. With regards to the side sea view, please be informed that our hotel is not a beach front resort, and nowhere it is advertised as such. All our side sea view rooms are not located directly on the beach. Our front desk staff is always happy to provide our guests alternative accommodation at the same room type.
