Das gebuchte All Inklusive konnte nur bedingt genutzt werden, da abends nur eine Bar für zu viele Urlauber zur Verfügung stand. Sehr lange Wartezeiten. Ebenso beim Crepe-Stand. Die Speisen waren eher schlecht gewürzt und teilweise nicht beschildert. Im Restaurant hatte man immer das Gefühl, man soll schnell wieder verschwinden.
Zu wenig Personal für zu viele Gäste. Insbesondere an der Bar und der Creperie.

Dear Ela, Thank you very much for spending time to give us your feed back after your short stay with us and i am very sorry to see your very low rating. I am also very sorry to see that a few issues mentioned in your review do not describe the situation as it is which means that you obviously had wrong information, you did not scan the Qr code with all the information about our hotel and nor asked our staff at reception about our facilities. There are of course wellness and a fitness facilities offered in our complex at our sister hotel Mitsis Blue Domes only 2 minutes down the road from us, they are bookable at the reception of our hotel and we also offer free transfers there and back if needed. We apologize if at some point there were small ques at the bar and the creperie but if you checked the above 2 mentioned departments at different times during the day they were hardly ever crowded. Sure there would be a small que if more than 20-30 guests wish to be served the same time ( Normally when the train came back from the beach), our staff did all they could and we also added staff whenever needed for our guests convenience. We apologize if still at some point you had to wait longer than you thought was acceptable and contrary than oter guests you did not find our food seasoned enough. I assure you we will take your comments seriously into consideration while preparing our operation for next season.
